As a leading multi-channel hypermarket system in Vietnam, the Client operates a network of more than 20 distribution centers and manages continuous promotional campaigns involving massive data volumes. The core challenge was the manual and decentralized update process for promotional information , which resulted in pricing errors and delays in synchronizing data across online (website, app) and offline (in-store advertising boards) channels. The Client urgently required a comprehensive technology solution to automate data processing, standardize the promotional workflow, and create a centralized data repository to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Solution
Reputyze Asia implemented an E-Brochure solution, focusing on automating the operational workflow and integrating AI technology to build a digital platform for promotional publications.
Our solution centered on developing the official E-Brochure platform, enabling real-time promotional material updates and multi-channel product data synchronization. We established a rigorous 5-step workflow, utilizing AI for automated product image cropping and SKU mapping , followed by multi-layered checks to instantly detect errors in pricing and promotion details. This process ensured high accuracy and quick resolution times (e.g., commitment to resolving technical errors within 24 hours and data updates within 48 hours).
The most significant differentiator was the integration of a Media Library featuring a “drag & drop” interface. This functionality empowered non-specialized store personnel to independently create in-store advertising materials. The Media Library provides a centralized repository for assets, multi-format file export (print/digital), granular per-store permission control, and flexible template sharing between centers. Crucially, AI Generator Text was integrated to automatically generate product descriptions, reducing manual content creation time.


The project’s success lies in transforming complex operational tasks into an automated and transparent workflow. By connecting APIs for original product data synchronization , the solution not only eliminated the errors and delays associated with manual entry but also provided a transparent reporting Dashboard (using Looker Studio from GA4) to track traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. The system established a sustainable foundation for digital transformation , freeing up personnel from micro-tasks and enabling the Client to master multi-channel promotion with consistently synchronized and absolutely accurate data.
